Rooihuiskraal, Centurion: FACTORY ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female aged 25-35 years
-Matric
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Minimum 5 years administration experience a must, preferably in operations administration
-Experience in production (factory) environment preferred
-ISO Systems experience preferred (ISO9001:2015)
-Non smoker
-Own transport
-Exceptional computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel extremely important
-Reliable with attention to detail
-Stable employment record and contactable references
Duties:
-Assist with administration from HR, Finance, Production & Maintenance and Health & Safety
-Reception and general administration
-Operational Checks & Filing
-Liaising with Suppliers and Customers
-Procurement
-Handling of IOD claims
-Timesheet checking
-Administration of ISO9001 Business Management System
-Compiling reports
-Upkeep of databases
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum
