Administration/PA/Secretary - PA/Secretary
- Diploma/Degree in Associate
- Secretarial/Administration. Diploma/Degree in Business
- Management (desired but not mandatory).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal assistant.
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office.
- Good understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of logistics.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Proactive and efficient in responses to pressing issues and challenges.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Knowledge of communication tools (Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak fluently).
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to tackle big and small projects.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Valid drivers’ license and own transport.
