Job Summary
Our Client is looking to appoint , an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) will be required to provide high-level, confidential, and proactive support to a senior executive. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure actions are completed.
Handle all correspondence—emails, calls, and messages—on behalf of the executive.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
2. Communication & Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external partners.
Maintain effective communication channels and ensure timely information flow.
Represent the executive in meetings or events when required.
3. Travel & Logistics
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
Prepare detailed travel briefs and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate.
4. Office & Administrative Management
Maintain filing systems, both digital and hard copy, ensuring information is well-organized and secure.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate with other team members, departments, or personal staff.
