We are current looking for an office assistant. Successful candidate should ensure to perform various responsibilities below
Responsibilities
Direct clients accordingly and provide vivid information
Greet clients in a professional manner
Route, sort and process, outgoing and incoming mails
Answer calls and direct callers to the appropriate staff
Schedule coordinate meetings and a appointments
Manage inventory and monitor office supplies; distribute and order office supplies as necessary Perform other administrative support duties, including sorting files conducting research and , drafting
and proofreading correspondence.
Skills
Excellent Grade 11 and 12 is relevant. General education, diploma / degree
1-3 years experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role. Without will be mentored and trained
Ability to prioritize, excellent organizational skill and comfortable working independently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ensure to be committed to providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities
Excellent computer abilities and skills and to operate general office equipments
