Key Responsibilities
* Organize, maintain, and update client documents, contracts, and business records
* Track the progress of compliance-related applications and operational cases
* Follow up on outstanding documents, case requirements, and project tasks
* Prepare and maintain Excel reports, data trackers, and internal records
* Handle customer service communication regarding documentation and progress updates
* Support communication with suppliers, partners, and legal teams
* Assist with project coordination and administrative follow-ups across multiple business functions
