Our Client is hiring for a reputed client to support the efficient operation of the courts and tribunals, delivering a “right first time” service with pride and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing papers, files, and documents for hearings, meetings, and tribunals
* Producing standard correspondence, minutes, notes, and reports in line with guidelines
* Updating and creating records on an in-house computer system, ensuring accuracy and currency
* Handling post opening and dispatch, plus general photocopying and filing
* Supporting listing/rota activity by checking files, assisting court users, and helping keep schedules on track
* Providing face-to-face, written, and telephone enquiries support, including helping people complete procedures correctly
* Clerking civil and family hearings-ensuring papers/materials are available and up to date
* Checking and verifying documents, records, accounts, claims, and returns against criteria and procedures
* Helping assemble information and contribute to TIB (Team Information Board) meetings
* Completing basic statistical analysis and processing straightforward financial information as required
