Job Summary
We require a Site Administrator / Helpdesk Administrator to support our on-site Total Facilities Management (TFM) team in Pretoria. The role includes logging and tracking maintenance tickets, managing the helpdesk, answering calls, filing, updating records, assisting with capturing data for reports, and supporting communication between building users, service providers, and the site team.
Key duties include receiving and logging service requests, monitoring open calls, following up on outstanding issues, maintaining filing systems, preparing basic reports, updating spreadsheets and registers, and providing general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
The ideal candidate should be organised, professional, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment. Experience in administration, helpdesk support, facilities management, or a maintenance environment will be advantageous.
