An established security service company is looking for an experienced individual to join the projects team.
The purpose of Projects Administrator Clerk is to provide dedicated administrative and project support and accurate information to the Project Management team. All duties are to be carried out with efficiency and accuracy, allowing the pulling of accurate reports.
Valid drivers’ licence
MS Office packages
At least 1-3 years’ previous experience in a similar position
Experience in creating of invoices and quotations
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Maintain an accurate and reliable filing system
Providing accurate feedback to management
Working with clients and technicians
Capturing of info on our in-house system
Good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player,
Fine attention to detail
Posses excellent Customer Service skills under stress
Be organised and able to take direction under authority
Excellent Listening skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Eager to learn and enthusiastic.
Must have GR12 Matric Certificate
