Job Summary
An opportunity is available for a professional, well-presented and organised Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join a growing medical practice specialising in reconstructive and aesthetic care.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for both local and international clients. The role involves reception duties, patient communication, appointment scheduling, administrative support, financial administration and surgical coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalent.
A completed, recognised tertiary diploma or degree. Qualifications must be verifiable.
At least 2 years’ experience in a professional, client-facing administrative or reception role.
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and spelling.
Professional telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, digital calendars, electronic filing and WhatsApp Business.
Professional presentation, discretion and a patient-focused approach.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, punctual and able to use initiative.
