Job Summary
Our client in Centurion is searching for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Administrator to support our growing team. This role requires ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration: Overseeing daily administrative tasks while supporting and assisting Sales team
- Front office: Managing reception duties, greeting visitors, and handling front-office procedures
- Communication: Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Client management: Handling client queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Database and Filing: Maintaining and updating databases, records, financial information, customer and supplier records, and filing systems
- Bookkeeping: Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including billing and processing expenses (Invoicing, Debtors and Creditors on Pastel Partner)
- Stock management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering stock, and conducting monthly stock takes
- Logistics: Resolving vendor issues related to shipments and stock imports
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bi-lingual: Afrikaans and English
- Normal working hours – 8:00 to 16:00 (lunch at desk)
