Job Summary
Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and detail-orientated Sales Administrator to join their team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, processing quotations and orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Minimum requirement
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience within administration or similar role
- Experience with quotations, logistics, or delivery coordination (advantageous)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook (essential)
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (advantageous) OR own reliable transport
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations accurately and timeously to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain quotation records and ensure pricing information is up to date to support accurate costing and record management
- Coordinate and manage travel logs for drivers and operational staff to ensure accurate tracking of movements and operational activities
- Schedule and monitor deliveries across the Free State and Lesotho to ensure timely distribution and efficient logistics coordination
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport teams regarding delivery timelines and logistics to ensure effective communication and smooth operational flow
- Ensure all delivery documentation is completed, processed, and filed correctly to maintain accurate records and compliance with operational procedures
- Track vehicle movements, fuel usage, and trip records where required to support fleet monitoring and operational reporting
- Manage general administrative duties including filing, reporting, emails, and data capturing to support efficient day-to-day office operations
- Assist management with operational coordination and scheduling to ensure effective workflow planning and execution
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients by responding professionally to enquiries and providing timely feedback and support

Negotiable, depending on experience

Monday - Thursday: 08h00 - 17h00
Friday: 08h00 - 16h00
