Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and financial/operational reports
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to deliver tailored BI solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across automated processes
- Optimise existing BI tools for performance and scalability
- Provide insights and predictive analytics for decision-making
- Document processes and train stakeholders on BI tools and workflows
- Implement ETL processes and manage data pipelines
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot BI systems
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or automation roles
- Proven experience building automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
- Experience in financial or accounting environments (advantageous)
- Strong SQL proficiency (essential)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python or R advantageous)
- Understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Career‑driven mindset with a focus on long‑term growth
