INTERNAL SALES & ADMIN - TRAINING COMPANY
• Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Bilingual - Afrikaans & English (read, write & speak)
Previous experience in a Training facility preferable
Knowledge of safety courses, services & equipment an advantage (i.e. First Aid, Fire Fighting etc..)
Excellent telephone manner & customer service
Professional spelling, writing & typing skills
Computer Literate - MS Outlook, Excel, Word (Access & Xero Accounting exp an added advantage)
Experience using an accounting package for Quotes / Invoices
Minimum qualification Grade 12 or equivalent
Team player - working in close quarters with colleagues
Able to work without direct supervision
Attention to detail important
• Duties include, but not limited to:
Sales/ Marketing of in-house Courses, Services & Equipment
Quotes & Invoicing
Answering calls - joint reception duties
Booking of Courses
Packing of Course material & equipment
Liaising with Instructors re bookings
Handling of Customer enquiries/ queries & general admin duties
Ordering of equipment & stock
Arranging Courier collections & deliveries
Occasional client visits & supplier collections etc., if needed
• Other requirements:
Valid Driver’s licence
Own Transport
Age 35-55
Friendly, confident, professional, well groomed & energetic
Salary: R5000 to 8000 per month (dep on experience) + Comm & Incentives
