• Qualified Tool Jig And Die maker (Plastic injection and Blow moulds)
• + 5 years post apprentice experience
• Understand machining principles
• Strong CNC Milling along with Turning an advantage
• Mastercam Programming
• Must be able to work conventional machines Milling, Turning, surface grinding (Internal & external grinding an advantage)
• Tool and cutter grinding
• Must be able to work to close tolerances and follow drawings strictly
• Measuring equipment
• Assembly principles essential
Added advantages
• Hot runner systems
• Gating and runner systems
• Solidworks
