National Senior Certificate + Qualified Boilermaker Trade and Previous Supervisory Training
Minimum 5 Years Manufacturing Experience in a similar position: Heavy Fabrication Factory
Good understanding of FCAW/MG/CO2 Welding for the fusion of quenched and tempered steels such as Hardox
Supervision of Manufacturing at Facility during Nightshift: 18h15 - 04h45
Supervise manufacturing employees and processes
Ensure manufacturing teams work accordingly
Shift scheduling of employees
Effective and efficient coordination between day/night shifts by planning
Ensure employees are productive and efficient and adhere to SOP's
Deal with HR Issues / Coordinate Quality Control, Lineboring and Transport
Receive Parts / Consumables / Feedback on Engineering Parts and Processes
Maintenance of Workshop and Perimeter
QC: Assist with logged CIP or CAR issues raised, Ensure High Quality is Delivered
Acquire evidence and data for QC and data books / MDRs
