Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the strategic direction and roadmap for a core business domain.
- Align domain initiatives with broader business goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Assess opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and make decisions based on business value, customer impact, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse customer journeys, systems, and business processes to deliver meaningful enhancements.
- Investigate business problems, analyse data, and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Teams, and Development Teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Business Analysts while contributing directly to strategic initiatives.
- Monitor solution performance and evaluate success against business objectives.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and priorities within a dynamic environment.
Education:
- Relevant degree in Statistics, Data Science, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Additional Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management qualifications would be advantageous.
- 5+ years' experience within Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Technology, Strategy, Operations, or a similar environment.
- Proven experience delivering business or technology solutions from concept through to implementation.
- Experience working with software development teams and technology stakeholders.
- Exposure to agile environments and cross-functional project delivery.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience would be beneficial.
- Experience within Financial Services, Lending, Fintech, or highly data-driven environments is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex information and translate insights into business actions.
- Exposure to SQL or other data querying tools would be beneficial.
- Experience building roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and managing competing business priorities.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and solution design.
