Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute collections and recoveries strategies to maximise portfolio performance.
- Drive profitability, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor senior management teams within a high-performance environment.
- Analyse portfolio performance and implement data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive innovation, process optimisation, and operational transformation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, governance, and risk requirements.
- Deliver strategic insights and performance reporting to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within Collections, Recoveries, Credit, or Debt Management.
- Proven success in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams and drive business results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
