The Role
The Waiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive a memorable and seamless dining experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Present menu items and make recommendations where appropriate
• Ensure tables are set, maintained and cleared according to standards
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and correctly
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction throughout service
• Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest queries and requests professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods
Requirements
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent guest service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Hospitality training advantageous
