Duties & Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
1.A minimum of 1 year working experience in a hotel or restaurant.
2.Must live in the Cape Town area.
3.Must have own transport.
4.Ensure service levels are aligned to client’s needs.
5.Ensure a clean criminal record and valid matric certificate
6.Must have contactable references.
7.Must have good overall knowledge of restaurant as well as banqueting set ups
8.Must be well groomed
9.Must have good knowledge of serving skill
10.Chefs must have degree, diploma or qualification related to the food or hospitality industry
Desired Experience & Qualification
Valid, Passed Matric Certificate
Proof of vaccination
Tertiary Qualification related to the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry
Clear Criminal Record
Waiters at least 1 year experience
Chefs at least 2 years working experience
Must be South African
