Job Summary
We’re looking for a mature Short-Term Insurance Broker in Bellville with RE5, 5+ years’ experience brokering and underwriting both Commercial and Domestic lines, handling queries, making amendments, updating policies, writing new policies, processing claims, etc. for new and existing clients. If you’re a female able to do this, then we want to hear from your.
Responsibilities
- Handle portfolios for both Commercial and Domestic clients
- Deal with general insurance and policy specific queries
- Deal with issuing new policies, policy renewals and maintenance
- Process and manage claims
Requirements
- Grade 12
- FAIS qualified and accredited
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in both Commercial and Domestic lines
- Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- CIMS (advantage)
- Immediately available
- Preference will be given to mature (40+) female applicants
Additional Information
- Work Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00
- Reporting Structure: Manager
- Salary: R25,000 – R30,000
