Duties will include but is not limited to:

Primary tasks:

• Complete applications, recruit new members and direct selling person-to-person
• Telephonic applications and tele-sales (not blind selling)
• Dispatch required membership application information, to potential members
• Capture information of new member on the member data base accurately and correctly
• Check completed membership applications at submission and collect additional information as applicable
• Respond appropriately to enquiries from potential members prior to completion/ submission of application forms
• Respond to enquiries from non-members regarding benefits
• Respond to members who wish to become freelance sellers, discuss requirements, process and benefits
• Explain reference scheme and benefits for members upon requests from members – Loyalty program
• Selling products to members
• Attend to the needs of visitors who wish to become members at the offices
• Enter accurate, complete and concise notes on the member data base
• Manage and coordinate freelance sellers as directed by management
• Assist with radio talks as directed from time to time
• Handle personal email and related communication punctually, completely and accurately
• Handle any comment and complaint by any member or third party, with dignity and restraint
• File of own documents and generated stationary punctually, correctly, accurately, and neatly
• Attend to requests from members for printouts of their information on the member profiles
• Handle enquiries through email, telephone and react as applicable and timely
• Handle messages according to the nature thereof
• Distribute messages to the applicable person or institution for handling
• General administration duties
