We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global organisation on a temporary contract to support a large-scale business restructure and recruitment project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to fill critical vacancies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
Build talent pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Support recruitment activities during a period of organisational change.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' end-to-end recruitment experience.
Corporate recruitment experience essential.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
