The Manager will manage a team of recruiters who are responsible for pre-screening and recruiting candidates for high-volume delivery; the role will be responsible for understanding and interpreting demand forecasts to effectively resource plan, managing overall outputs of the team and driving high performance.

Analyse job requirements and content in order to establish criteria for classification and selection
Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee selection and placement for high volume recruitment
Identifying abilities and developing potential through using various assessments
Monitors the recruitment process
Manage a team of 15+ staff
Manage recruitment and training of new Recruiters
Implementing procedures and policy
Manage Recruitment Reports
Minimum Experience:
Matric (Degree - Advantageous)
Previous leadership/supervisor experience
Able to handle high volumes
