Sales/Marketing - Call Centre
To support the governance function in monitoring the performance of the company management systems and implementing remedial action to remedy non-conformance.
Essential Job Functions
•Performance monitoring staff from departments across the Group.
•Supporting the internal audit programme with departmental audits and performing regular quality control mini audits.
•Creating process maps.
•Collaborating on risk assessments.
•Maintaining documented information such as policies, procedures, and plans.
•Generating, collating, and manipulating management statistics.
•Administrative Governance duties as directed by the Head of Group Governance.
