Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to manage customer queries and complaints.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer queries.
Communicating with customers through email and telephone.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
customer service : 1 to 2 years
admin : 1 to 2 years
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
