Job Description:
Managing and developing a team of up to 12 sales representatives
Driving new business acquisition and develop long term customer relations
Growing existing business in allocated territories while identifying new growth opportunities
Analyzing sales data, customer behaviour and market trends to guide sales strategies
Preparing and presenting accurate sales reports
Supporting the sales team in increasing basket size and improving overall performance
Assist in setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company goals
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a Matric
Must have proven experience in Business development and Sales management
Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a valid drivers license and willing to travel as needed
