An exciting opportunity is available for a Retail Assistant to join a unique lifestyle retail environment on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organised, articulate and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Providing knowledgeable and helpful customer service
Learning about a diverse range of natural and lifestyle products
Preparing fresh juices and smoothies (full training will be provided)
Assisting with merchandising and maintaining attractive displays
Keeping the store neat, organised and well presented
Working closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
Assisting with general retail duties in a busy, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Articulate, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A quick learner with a positive attitude
Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional and team-oriented
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
