Job Summary
Duties
- Process monthly payroll accurately on Sage 300.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and SARS-related queries.
- Reconcile provident fund, medical aid, and payroll schedules.
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, and commissions.
- Ensure compliance with company and legislative payroll requirements.
- Prepare payslips, IRP5s, and payroll reports.
- Support HR with onboarding, exits, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric (Diploma in HR, Finance, or Payroll beneficial).
- Experience: 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 300.
- Experience handling payroll, benefits, and statutory submissions.
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
