Embark on a role that places you at the heart of the tender process, empowering you to coordinate, prepare, and deliver top-tier bid submissions that meet client requirements and compliance standards.
Duties:
Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, including planning, tracking, drafting support, review coordination, and final submission.
Monitor timelines and ensure all internal governance, approvals, and submission milestones are achieved within deadline.
Track and manage bid risks throughout the process and escalate concerns where necessary.
Contribute to post-bid reviews and continuous improvement activities to strengthen future submissions.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the broader tender office.
Profile tender documents, analyse requirements, and compile bid compliance checklists.
Work closely with Key Account Managers, Marketing, and the Bid Manager to develop win strategies and bid themes.
Prepare and compile bid documentation that is compliant and professionally presented.
Coordinate presentations, clarification responses, and client-facing requirements.
Maintain records of submissions, minutes, supporting documents, and proof of submission.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bidding, proposals, or tenders.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to handle government tenders and RFQs.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

What We'll Give You:
A competitive salary package of R420,000 - R540,000 per annum (Cost to Company).
