Job Summary
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and partner with leadership in driving business performance and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and CCMA matters
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and organisational development
- Manage Employment Equity, Skills Development, and HR reporting requirements
- Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR systems
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related qualification
- Minimum 8–10 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role
- Extensive knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and related legislation
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters and CCMA representation
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- HRIS and payroll systems experience essential
- Manufacturing or multi-site experience advantageous
