About the Role: We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and experienced Wildlife Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and professional management, control, and relocation of wildlife and other pests on an Anglo American Mine site, while maintaining strict compliance with site health, safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Minimum Requirements: Previous training and practical experience in wildlife control, animal management, pest control, conservation, or a similar field. Knowledge of wildlife behavior and safe animal-handling practices. Valid driver’s licence. Relevant certificates, qualifications, or additional wildlife-control training will be advantageous. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be medically fit to work on a mine site and successfully complete the required medical fitness assessment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to wildlife control and removal requests on the mine site. Safely capture, handle, relocate, or control wildlife and other animals in accordance with applicable legislation, permits, and site procedures. Conduct site inspections and identify potential wildlife-related risks. Use and maintain wildlife-control equipment safely and responsibly.Error!
