Our client is looking for a results-driven and strategic Group After Sales Manager professional in Clocolan to take responsibility for the overall after-sales operations, performance and profitability of the group. Minimum requirements

• Matric

• 5 - 10 years' experience within the mechanisation (tractors, harvesters and sprayers), parts and workshop environment

• Experience in parts and or workshop marketing and management, required

• Qualified Agricultural Technician with a focus on precision farming technology

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

• Willing to travel

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage financial activities to support effective financial management and the smooth operation of the business

• Manage personnel and oversee employee-related activities to support effective workforce management

• Control and manage administrative functions to ensure that administrative processes are effectively maintained

• Drive market share growth by supporting business development and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base

• Manage and maintain company assets to ensure that assets are properly controlled and maintained

• Manage inventory to ensure that stock levels are effectively monitored, controlled and maintained

Remuneration

R 80 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
