Job Summary
You will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimisation of websites and digital platforms across multiple brands. This includes maintaining CMS-driven websites (primarily Umbraco and some WordPress), implementing e-commerce functionality, managing digital tracking and SEO, and supporting data-driven marketing strategies. You will also manage Salesforce Pardot assets for lead generation and campaign execution and be responsible for the setup and integration of analytics and tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Management
- Create, update, and maintain websites across multiple brands using Umbraco and WordPress CMS platforms.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimised for performance across all devices and browsers.
- Implement and manage e-commerce functionality where required.
- Apply consistent branding, visual standards, and UX best practices across all sites.
- E-Commerce Operations
- Maintain product data, pricing updates, and inventory displays across e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch online campaigns, promotional banners, and landing pages.
- Monitor and optimise site performance, conversion funnels, and transactional functionality.
- Ensure e-commerce compliance with data protection, PCI, and accessibility standards.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Ensure all web pages follow on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Manage metadata, schema markup, image optimisation, and structured content.
- Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements based on analytics data.
- Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties.
- Link websites to GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC).
- Implement and maintain tracking scripts, marketing pixels, and tag configurations.
- Ensure accurate data capture for performance reporting and conversion tracking.
- CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce Pardot)
- Build and manage marketing assets in Pardot, including:
- Email newsletters and templates
- Forms and form handlers
- Dynamic lists and segmentation
- Campaign creation, tracking, and reporting
- Support lead capture, nurture workflows, and campaign deployment.
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Create business applications using Power Apps.
- Automate internal workflows using Power Automate.
- Manage structured data and integrations using SharePoint Lists.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align website and CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Assist with user onboarding and training for systems such as Pardot or CMS platforms.
- Provide technical support for internal requests related to websites, tracking, and campaign tools.
