Requirements:
Grade 12
Must be computer literate.
Good knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities:
Arranging payments
Assisting managers with daily tasks
Prepare monthly service fee charges and invoice on Sage
Excel spreadsheets
Working out surveys
Assist with petrol slips where required

Assist site supervisors with daily and weekly process sheets

Responsibilities:
Forecasting the volumes and preparing pre-costing at least one week in advance
Daily costing and estimate costing
Daily maintaining the Tradecloud report
Maintain the GRV box and stores paperwork
Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Imports would be an advantage
Work experience in Inboud Logistics landed costing
Knowledge of customs, SAPS stops, rates, shipping lines, local transport, duty rates, WTL
Ability to adapt to daily change (rescheduling of containers)
Excellent listening skills
