Duties:

Data Capturing – External Orders

Incoming orders must be processed in an accurate manner into SAGE accounting software
The only orders that can be captured is either via email, orders drawn from the portal or orders on black and white that are clear and readable
Ensure that information is sorted in such a way that when specific information is requested it is readily available

Assist in Managing Flow of POD’s

Assist in collecting and filling Proof of Deliveries
Assist in following up on outstanding POD’s on the various portals
Capture POD’s on the Reserve Control Sheet on Excel

KPA: Data Capturing – Manufacturing

Capture Instruction To Manufacture from Internal placed orders and print picking slips.
Put stock in system from completed ITM’s
Invoice out Internally based on Job Card outcomes

Job Summary

As a Powder Coater Your Duties Will Be Manually degreasing and surface preparation. Setting powders guns to the appropriate work piece. Setting and operating ovens (Batch/Camelback). Checking own work making sure it is to the highest quality standards. Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and responsibilities. Completion of jobs on time ready for despatch. Visual inspection of powder coated work. The successful Powder Coater will have the following skills; Must have previous experience within a similar role. Keen attention to detail. Familiar with operating manual powder coating machine and using oven (Batch/Camelback). Wet spraying experience would be an advantage, however not essential. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
