The Client Relationship Manager will provide leadership and support in a professional and responsible manner focusing on the delivery of site service maintenance and the supply of spare parts to the SAFSPEC customer and will specifically focus on keeping the quality of products and service maintenance provided to the customer to the high standard SAFSPEC prides itself in. The Client Relationship Manager will have to verify the quality of product and service maintenance via Quality Inspectors and personal site visits. And assist the Technical Manager as a point of contact for service requests and also take responsibility for coordinating the efficient commissioning, repair, maintenance, and training for SAFSPEC equipment in the region. Coordination and growth of spare parts sales, with the support of the site staff, for existing SAFSPEC customers is also part of this important role. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare and present professional reports, proposals and communicate in written and oral form. Ability to think through and solve problems methodically, and degree of personal integrity and professionalism. Requirements: Technical qualification. Driver’s license. Managerial skills. Computer literate. Knowledge of the Mine Worker’s Health and Safety Act and “OSH” Act. Knowledge of “SANS” and “ISO” procedures. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role and management of staff.
