The Site/Operations manager is to oversee all operations of the Technical Services Centre. The position will be based at the Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone (RBIDZ) reporting into the GM for Manufacturing & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise entire Technical Services Centre operations and staff of up to 60.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations

• Work with the Business Unit Financial Manager to develop and control the strategic planning process and the reporting thereof.
• Maintain and enhance decision-making through the provision and use of first-class financial information based on a strong internal control environment and costing systems.
