Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the reception area and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
• Assisting with general front-desk administration and coordination
• Handling customer queries and providing accurate information
• Ensuring a positive first impression and excellent service delivery at all times
• Supporting internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Exposure to reception or front-desk duties highly advantageous
• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Outlook)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to different environments
• Available to work on a temporary basis at short notice
