Order Management Supervisor (JB1958)
R50 000 – R60 000 CTC per Month

Global tech leader requires an experienced and customer centric Order Management Supervisor to coordinate the activities of an established team.
Completed Grade 12 coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification (business or supply chain related)
5 or more years Order Management experience
3 or more years customer relations experience
1 or more years warehouse / Logistics experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively lead, coach and manage a team of customer service specialists that manage and process orders
Ensure that orders are captured correctly and that pricing structures are correct
Control of stock arrival for back-orders
Co-ordinate stock levels with relevant product managers
Ensure an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
Liaise with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
Monitor and evaluate all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports

· Working out driver salaries.
