Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mortgage bond registrations and related documentation.
- Liaise confidently with banks, clients, and attorneys.

Requirements:
- Conveyancing (bonds) experience.
- Proven experience with the Big 4 banks (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank).
