Lyttelton Manor, Centurion: LEGAL OFFICE MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Mature, professional individual, preferably aged 50+ years
-Fully bilingual with strong English business proficiency
-Matric
-Minimum 10 years recent proven experience in managing day-to-day operations OF A LAW FIRM A MUST (INDUSTRY BOUND)
-Strong HR experience a must, including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management & workplace investigations
-Financial experience within a law firm a must (billing coordination, expense management etc.)
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Driver’s license and own vehicle
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Residing near Centurion
-Stable employment record and contactable employment references a must
Duties:
-Full office management function and duties for law firm
-Human resources function, including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and workplace investigations
-Oversee admin systems, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency
-Assist with financial admin, including budgeting, payroll oversight, billing coordination, expense management, and internal financial reporting
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (market related)
