Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis on trends and competitor activity within the aesthetic injectables space
- Develop and implement brand strategies to grow market share and visibility
- Lead marketing campaigns (where allowed), including digital and educational initiatives targeting healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and R&D teams to support product development and promotional efforts
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (SAHPRA, etc.)
- Engage with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders to strengthen industry presence
- Monitor brand performance, ROI, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Science, or Aesthetics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management within the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic injectables and regulatory frameworks
- Established relationships in the medical aesthetics field and experience managing KOLs
