Are you an experienced fitter ready to take the next step into site and team management? We’re recruiting a Site Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of Larox Pressure Filters across major mining and processing sites in the North West Province and Mokopane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and service operations for Larox PF Filters at multiple client sites.
  

• Lead, mentor, and manage a roaming team of technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and deployment across Thabazimbi, Rustenburg, and Mokopane.
  

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, delivering expert support and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  

• Coordinate installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of pressure filter systems.
  

• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
  

• Deliver practical training to customer personnel on equipment use and best practices.
  

• Compile accurate service documentation and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Ensure all projects are executed within time and quality parameters while upholding health and safety compliance.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Fitter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Larox PF Filters.
  

• Previous experience in a supervisory or site coordination role is highly advantageous.
  

• Matric (Gr12) or N3 qualification required.
  

• Valid Certificate of Fitness, with no medical restrictions.
  

• Code 8 Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites (with own vehicle)
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  

• Clear criminal record.
  

• Comfortable working independently and managing dispersed teams.
