What we are looking for: Head of Platform Operations
What you will do:
- Develop and implement the Platform Operations strategy
- Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Lead end-to-end application operations and performance management
- Drive automation, observability and AIOps practices
- Ensure governance, compliance and risk management
- Partner with key clients to deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead, mentor and grow high-performing operations teams
What you must have:

12+ years in IT operations, including 5+ in senior leadership

Expertise in infrastructure, cloud and PaaS technologies.

Strong experience in ITSM, AIOps and service delivery

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (POPIA, ISO 27001)

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder skills
