The Role As Hotel Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every guest experience reflects international luxury expectations, including Forbes and comparable benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
Full operational leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards aligned with Forbes and other international benchmarks
Lead; mentor, and develop department heads and management teams
Drive a strong service culture rooted in accountability, warmth, and attention to detail
Oversee guest experience, handling feedback and service recovery with confidence and discretion
Maintain operational controls including staffing, rosters, standards, and day-to-day performance
Be highly visible on the floor and operationally hands-on
Work shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
About You
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Senior Operations Manager within luxury hospitality
Strong understanding of Forbes standards and global luxury benchmarks
Exceptional guest focus with the ability to anticipate and personalise guest needs
Calm; decisive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
High emotional intelligence with strong people management skills
Commercially and operationally astute without losing sight of the guest experience
Ambitious; driven, and motivated to grow within a luxury hospitality group
