Cash Crusaders is looking for an experienced LMS & Digital Learning Content Specialist to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and develop engaging digital training content for employees across our corporate and franchised stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the LMS, creating and updating online learning materials, managing assessments and certifications, and monitoring training progress to support employee development and operational performance.
Manage and maintain the LMS, including user access, course enrolments, learning pathways and content updates.
Develop engaging digital learning content, including online modules, instructional videos, presentations, quizzes and quick-reference guides.
Upload, organise and maintain training materials to ensure content remains accurate and up to date.
Develop online assessments and certification programmes.
Monitor course completion rates, learner progress and assessment results.
Generate LMS reports and identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Training Manager, regional trainers and departmental stakeholders to develop relevant learning content.
Provide LMS support and continuously improve the digital learning experience.
A diploma or degree in Learning and Development, Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia or a related field will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing or administering an LMS.
Proven experience creating and publishing digital learning content.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent.
Competent in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A portfolio of previously developed digital learning content is required.
Retail or multi-site business experience will be advantageous.
Strong digital learning and content development skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning materials.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
