A reputable and established Dental Practice in Pretoria East is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist with private practice experience who is seeking a flexible working environment with excellent earning potential and strong administrative support.
About the Opportunity
Permanent position
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Pretoria East, Gauteng
Approximately 140–160 working hours per month
Flexible working schedule
Rotational Saturday shifts
What's on Offer
Commission-based remuneration of 33%–50% of turnover
Commission is payable on all patients treated, irrespective of whether payment has been received
No deductions for bad debts
Essential Requirements
HPCSA registration in good standing
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in private dental practice (essential)
Valid malpractice/professional indemnity insurance
Excellent clinical skills with a patient-centred approach
Practice Information
A dedicated Dental Assistant will provide chairside support
Dentists are responsible for managing their own billing
The practice uses the GoodX practice management system
