Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
Deliver consolidated financial analysis and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, identify variances and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
Maintain effective financial controls and support internal and external audit processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Manage financial risk through effective planning, monitoring and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
Ensure business continuity by maintaining effective financial processes and controls.
Ensure service delivery meets agreed service level requirements.
