The Role
- Own the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant
- Lead from the floor — this is a hands-on role
- Drive service standards, speed, and consistency
- Manage, motivate and hold your team accountable
- Handle guests, challenges, and pressure with confidence
- Keep service flowing between kitchen and floor
- Stay on top of staffing, stock, and costs
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a senior role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership presence — calm, clear, and in control
- Fluent in English
- Ability to push back, hold boundaries, and drive standards
- Excellent people skills with a no-nonsense approach when needed
- Commercial awareness and operational discipline
- Energy, resilience, and a love for the floor
