This live-in role offers the opportunity to work alongside the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a high-end hospitality setting ?️✨. ? Key Responsibilities ? Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency ? Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional development ? Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients ? Monitor inventory, manage stock, and control food costs ?️ Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the kitchen ? Formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience ?
